Payment & shipping
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards and bank transfers via paypal. You can also pay us by wire transfer, certified cheque, bank draft or money order by calling or emailing us.
Why am I taken to a different website (Paypal) to pay for my order ?
Paypal is our payment processing gateway. We chose this company because it offers our customers around the world flexible and safe payment options including most major credit cards, bank accounts etc in their own currency.
Paypal is a subsidiary of ebay (the internet auction company). It is used by over 50 million people in 45 countries. Paypal offers its users secure and reliable payment options.
Do I need to have a paypal account to make a payment?
No, it's optional. If you don't have a paypal account, when you checkout your antemille shopping cart, paypal will ask you to provide your contact, shipping and credit card information just like any other e-commerce website. Once you have filled out this information you can optionally signup for a paypal account. The advantage of signing up for a paypal account is that you will not need to fill out your payment and contact information for your next purchase on our or other paypal supported sites (paypal membership is free).
How long will it take for me to recieve the product after I place an order?
It depends on where you live. If you live in Canada or USA, the published air mail shipping standard of our carrier to most major cities is 6 to 9 business days. If you live in Europe, Australia, New Zealand or UK, our carrier does not have any published standards for air mail, however normally they expect to deliver the parcel in 6 to 10 business days. In our experience, it normally takes 4-5 business days for shipping within Canada and USA and 7-8 business days to U.K. / Europe / Australia/ Japan. However, occasionally it can take 10-15 business days (especially to remote areas). If you need your order delivered sooner, please contact us and we can arrange for expedited courier delivery at cost.
How much tax will I need to pay on my order?
We collect 15% tax (GST+PST/HST) on Canadian orders. On all other orders we do not collect any taxes.
Will I need to pay customs duty on my order?
We ship from Canada so for Canadian orders there is no duty. For other countries, it depends. Each country has a different duty free allowance for importing goods by mail. If your order is within the duty free limit for your country, you may not need to pay any duty. To ensure expedited processing of your order, we always declare the price you paid on your order.
Can I cancel an order after I place it through your website?
Usually we try and process your order and mail your item as soon as we recieve your order. However, if your order hasn't been mailed when we recieve your email, we will cancel it for you. As an alternative, you can return your unopened order with in 7 days of purchase, and we will refund the full amount you paid us for your item.
All orders over $44 are shipped by airmail for free. For all orders under $44 the charge is $11.
Is my package insured against damage/non-delivery?
Yes. All orders are insured by the mail carrier for damage/non-delivery. In case of non delivery, there is a 30 day waiting period before we can open a claim with the mail carrier.

What is the Antemille return policy?
You can return any item you buy through our website for a full refund of the original purchase price, provided you contact us by email or phone within 7 days of receiving the item for return instructions. Please quote the purchase transaction number when you contact us. After we give you the return instructions, you must return the item to us in original or another equivalent packaging by airmail. The returned item(s) must be in unused condition.
If you bought our product from a retail store, please contact them for thier return policy.
What is the Antemille Exchange Policy?
You can exchange any unused item you buy through our website. Same terms as the refund policy apply.
